Our pricing

Solutions are often unique to the problem, so there's no specfic price that we can attach to most of our services, but we can offer examples of how we have helped other businesses and the stucture of the costs incurred. We pride ourselves on full transparency, where possible, of costs before they are incurred. 

Also, while GBP is our 'base currency', prices may differ slightly due to the constant fluctuation of world currency, although, we are able to provide a fixed quote based on your local currency.

The most common charging method is by the hour. For outbound sales, this generally sits between £8.75 and £11.00 per hour while inbound call handling starts at £8.50 per agent. Costs can be adjusted based on long-term contracts, and further reduced for pre-paid contracts. 

In some cases, we have agreed to charge on a partial commission basis, wereby the hourly rate is charged at appromixmately 50%, and an agreed amount is charged per sale, depending on the value of the sale, or per appointment, depending on the nature of the service. 

Other pre-agreed charges may occur due to:

  • Implementation of software or equipment
  • Training on a particular campaign
  • Additional phone lines or email addresses/inboxes and websites, landing pages and domains
  • Setup of social media accounts specific to a business or campaign
  • Travel & accommodation costs for certain overseas consultations, training and implementation
  • Recruitment fees where further/specific staff are hired on request
